Irrigation Department invites applications from suitable candidates who possess qualification mentioned against each post for the following contractual position:-

• Senior Water Resource Modeler (1 Post) (Age Limit 30-45 years) in case of contract employee, minimum of MP-III (including monetization) i.e Rs. 23,885/0 would be allowed, if vehicle is provided the amount of monetization i.e 65,060/- would be deducted, or BS-19 incentive allowances vide letter no FD.SR-1/9-10/2019 dated 31 December 2019 (in case of appointment by transfer)

Qualification:- Master Degree (2^nd Division) in water resources Engineering/ Hydraulics Engineering/Engineering Hydrology having B. Sc civil Engg/Agriculture Engineering as basis qualification from a recognized University

Experience:- Ten (10) years post BSc Engineering experience in water resources, having knowledge of GIS/IT/Hydro-logical Models etc. knowledge of statistical analyses in hydrology, experience in scripting languages and good command on hydro logical/hydraulic modeling tools like HEC-HMS, MIKE, HEC-RAS or any other etc

 

• Senior ASP.NET Developer (2 post) (Age limit 30-45 years) in case of contract employee minimum of MP-III (including monetization) I,e. Rs 230,885/0- would be allowed if vehicle is provided, the amount of monetization I, e. 65,060/- would be dedicated, or BS-19 + incentive allowance vied letter no FD.SR-1/9-10/2019 dated 31 December 2019 (nine case of appointment by transfer)

Qualification:- Master’s Degree (2^nd Division) in computer Science or BSc. (Hons) Computer Science (16 year of Education) from a recognized university

Experience:- Five (5) year experience including web developer, knowledge of NET Framework (3,5,4,0,4,5). C# ASP NET web Forms and MVCS, Web services WCF, LINQ and Dynamic websites, knowledge of service fomented architecture, working experience with CSS (3.4). HTML, HTML 5,AJAX, J-Query and Java Script Database Programming with MS SQL Server 2008 R2.2012 and SSRS. Advanced Knowledge of design pattern and how they are used in object-oriented Design (OOD) and programming (OOP)

•  Electronic/Telecommunication Engineer (2 Posts) (Age limit 23-35 years) in case of contract employee, Pay Rs 125,000/- per month or Pay & Allowance of BS-17 _ Incentive allowances vied letter no FD,Sr-1/9-10/2019 (in case of Appointment by transfer)

Qualification: - B. Sc Electrical Engg/Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering (2^nd Division) from recognized University

Experience: - Two (2) years in application in line and preferred knowledge of IT and sensor Technology

• Junior Network Specialist (1 Post) (Age Limit 23-35 years) In case of contract employee, pay 125,000/- per month or pay & allowances of BS-17 + incentive allowances vied letter no FD.SR-1/9-10/2019 (in Case of appointment by transfer)

Qualification: - Master degree (2^nd Division) in IT/System network Analysis/CCNA/MCITP from a recognized university

Experience: - Two (2) years experience including network Engineer/Specialist, basic windows troubleshooting skills, server Machines knowledge and experience of installation and configuration & storage management (Depends on infrastructure detail after analysis phase). Knowledge of OS patches, upgrades, administrative tools, and upgrade and configure system software that supports GIS infrastructure applications, networked knowledge and implementation experience, familiarly with GB installations (MS SQL, Web server, IJS management). Date backup, ability to grasp new skills quickly, efficient teamer, MS officer, 11S 7.0 MS SQL 2008 and windows 2008 R2

 

• Technician (2 Posts) (Age Limit 20-30 years) in case of contract employee pay Rs. 42,000/- per month

Qualification: - Three (3) years Diploma of Associate Engineering (2^nd division) from a recognized university in electronic/ electronic instrument / communication

Experience: - One (1) year experience of Repair & Maintenance of electronics equipment

 

• Driver (2 Posts) (Age limit 25-35 years) in case of contract employee, Pay Rs 25,000/- Per month

Qualification: - Middle

Experience: - Two (2) years experience in driving with valid LTV driving license and well versed in the traffic rules, able to drive different vehicles, able to work under pressure and for long duty hours and willing to move in field especially in remote areas.
