Nominations from
relevant agencies/ Departments/ Provincial Ministries / GHQ against reserved
seats must reach the admission office, the university of Sargodha on or before
February 26, 2021
HOW TO APPLY
Candidate must
have photographs, a mobile phone number, emails, CNIC copy of both candidate as
well as his/her father/ guardian and copies of all testimonials before the start.
Register your ID
at admissions.su.edu.pk using your mobile number. Candidates previously
registered at SU online admission portal can use their already created account
for submitting their admission applications(s). in case of forgetting passwords,
candidates are advised to use the reset password option.
Complete your
online application form first. A challan form for application processing fee
worth Rs 550/- (Rs. 950) where admission test is applicable) will be generated
which must be deposited in any branch of HBL. The then-candidate has to attach the
scanned copy of this deposited challan in the online application for its final submission
Before submission
of applications, make sure that all required information has been provided
correctly because candidates will not be able to edit his/her applications once
submitted.
To apply for other
program candidates have to create and submit another application with new
processing free.
After closing
date, program wise master lists will be displayed on the university website to entrain
data correction request through candidate’s accounts. Later, on correction the request will be accepted; however, the university shall not be responsible if this affects
the merit position and/or admission of the candidates.
The candidates are
responsible to visit the university website to view their respective merit lists as
per the given schedule. No separate intimation shall be given in this regard.
At the time of
admission the candidate will be required to submit their original terminal
degree/DMC, application form, copies of all academic testimonials, CNIC
(Applicant + Father/guardian) and an affidavit (Specimen available on the website)
on stamp paper of minimum Rs 50/- at the relevant department.
The relevant department will generate an enrolment fee challan form. After depositing fee
challan in any HBL branch the department copy of this challan is necessary to
be submitted in a relevant department within the date mentioned on the challan form
for approval of admission/enrolment.
The University
shall determine the merit on the percentage basis, if
candidate’s transcript does not contain the percentage then it is candidate’s
responsibility to bring the percentage certificate (duly verified) from the previous institution before the last date and upload his/her percentage accordingly
at admission portal.
COVID-19 SOPs
under the guidelines of the Government of Pakistan / HEC shall be strictly followed
during the admission process.
