Construction Manager
Qualification
B. Sc Civil/ DAE Civil
10 years BS Engineer/ 15 years for DAE
Role Requirement
Must be conversant with Concrete and Structure Work
Must be able to handle a large team of tam of Site Engineers
and supervisors
Must be able to foresee resources of Manpower, Material and
Machinery
Must have full command of MS Office and Primavera
Position
Technical Manager
Qualification
B. Sc Civil
10 Years
Role Requirement
Must be conversant with the local and international code
Must be able to analyze Specifications, Drawings, and Design
Reports
Must have full command on MS Office and Auto CAD Software
Must have experience on construction projects of medium to
large size
Position
HSE Manager
Qualification
B. Sc Engineer
10 years
Requirement
Must have experience as Sr. Safety Engineer/ Manager on
Construction Projects.
Must be conversant with international health and Safety Codes
and Standards
Must have full command on MS office to make reports and
presentations
Position
Planning Engineer
Qualification
B. Sc Civil
05 years
Requirement
Must have experience on primavera preparing programs of
construction projects
Must be able to make presents, daily and monthly reports
Must have full command on MS office and Primavera Software
Position
Material Engineer
Qualification
B. Sc/ MSC Geology
5 years
Requirement
Must be conversant with the local and international Code
Must be able to analyze Specifications, Drawing and Prepare
reports
Must have full command on MS Office
Must have experience on Construction projects for material
Testing and approval from the Engineer
Position
Quantity Surveyor
Qualification
DAE Civil
10 years as a quantity surveyor
Requirement
Must have experience on the construction project as a professional
quantity surveyor
Must have full command on MS office
Position
Site Supervisor
Qualification
DAE Civil
10 years
Requirement
Must have experience on Construction Projects as a Concrete
and Earthworks Supervisor
Position
Accounts Assistant
Qualification
B. Com

Requirement
Must have experience in accounting software

Document Controller
