PARCO owns and operates Pakistan’s most modern refinery, over 2,000 kms of
pipeline network, strategic storage facilities, and marketing operations. The
company has a joint venture with renowned international companies and is continually
following an aggressive growth strategy with planned acquisitions and
penetration into new markets.
Parco is seeking applicants for the following positions
SECURITY OFFICE
Qualification
& Competencies
Minimum Graduate
Specialized Security Trainings, Certifications and
staff-course-qualified are preferred.
Additional knowledge of the Criminal Procedure Code is preferred.
Good interpersonal skills and exposure to dealing with Government
Public Offices
Proficient in MS Office and Good Report writing skills
Good Language skills with command over Urdu and English and
preferably regional languages.
Experience
At least 5 year’s Experience
of Handling security operations in large organizations Preference will be given
to EX-Armed Forces’ commissioned officers. The position requires a smart and
energetic person with the ability to think creatively and proactively find
solutions to security-related problems.
Responsibilities
Planning and administration of security functions in respective
regions
Implementing security policies/strategies and standard operating procedures
Security risk analysis and assisting in developing security planes
with matching ability to implement
Investigation of security issues, accidents and incidents, and preparations
of reports.
Liaison with law enforcement agencies and local administration
Train security staff on the security subject
Age
Should not exceed 50 years

ASSISTANT SECURITY OFFICERS
Qualification
& Competencies:
Intermediate
or equivalent
Ability to lead, control and train security staff and improve their
performance
Preparing daily report and processing security information
Ability to assess threats and risks
Good language skills ith command over Urdu and preferably Regional
Languages
Medical category “aye”
Experience
An Ex-Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) rank or equivalent from
Armed Forces of Pakistan, with completion of service and satisfactory
retirement order. Preference will be given to individuals having a minimum of 5
years of security and field intelligence Experience
Responsibilities
Executing Security Plans and secure premises and personnel by
monitoring surveillance equipment inspecting the building, equipment, and access
point, etc
Assist Area Security Officer on all security-related matters
Investigate security issues, accident, and incidents, etc
Liaison with Law Enforcement agencies and local administration
Age
Should not exceed 55 years
