transactions with existing client relationship as well as prospecting new
clients. Be able to lead the origination effort of DCM transactions with
existing client’s relationships as well as prospecting new clients. Be able
to lead the debt syndication team with respect to marketing, structuring and
negotiations with various stakeholders. Preparations of DCM deal markets the document, including industry Analysis, Commercial viability & Financial
Projects. Preparation of Financial modeling & Key ratio analysis, due
diligence procedure, security documentation, etc |
Min, 12 years of Capital Market Corporate/Investment Banking

Demonstrate compliance with all banking regulations as well as capital
market/listing requirements with respect to debt instruments |

Team Leader, Project Finance (Grade: VP-I/SVP-I) (Location Karachi, Lahore) |
Originating and executing Project Finance and structured debt
transactions. providing Advisory services to facilities raising capital and
long term Debt Financing Services to various Companies and Government
organizations for greenfield and brownfield industrial project Management
& Supervision of Team’s work and ensuring delivery of Transactions
through effective liaison with all stakeholders; coordination’s with the regulator,
in house treasury, FI, Corporate & Commercial Banking Division to provide
end to end solutions to the existing and potential customers; |
Min 10 years Corporate/investment banking experience with at At least 5 in Project Financing. |

Execution of Project Finance and Debt Capital Market Transactions

reports along with analysis of industries, companies, and project work on information
memorandums, investor presentations, and other project Marketing documents; identification
of deteriorating credit situations and taking a corrective step in a timely

of Infrastructure Project Finance Transactions |

Qualification
MBA or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized University/Foreign University.
