Scan copy of filled registration forms along with paid Challan
forms (Original), CNIC/ Passport (Copy) and (2) passport size photograph (Blue
Background) should be sent on register.topik@gmail.com
please attach all necessary document with your application form
No personal visits are required/ allowed to submit an application
form
Please bring the original filled application form with all
necessary documents on exam day. Original registration slip will be provided on
exam day.
Please Proved your WhatsApp number (if available) for
necessary communication.
Only complete application forms reaching us through email by Jan
06, 2021 until 2359 will be accepted
No entry without CNIC/ passport and registration slip on exam
day
