Applications are
invited for one vacant post of Managing director (MP Scale-II) on the contract the basis for a period of three years in the National Book foundations (NBF).
Islamabad under Administrative Control of Ministry of Federal Education &
Professional Training as per the following criteria

Qualification
& Experience
Ph.D. in Social
Sciences/Natural Sciences/Management/Humanities and Languages with 10 years
Professional Experience as an eminent education, scholar, scientist, person of
academia or a distinguished administrator having fairly good knowledge of
Pakistani Literature
OR
Masters in Social
Sciences/ Natural Sciences / Management / Humanities and Language with 14 years
Professional experience as an eminent educationist, scholar, scientism, person
of academia, or a distinguished administrator having fairly good knowledge of
Pakistani Literature
Age Maximum = 62
(to be calculated as on the closing date of submission of applications)
Eligibility
Criteria
Unless any other
Law/rules, for the time being in force, proved otherwise, regular Civil
Servants/Government Servants shall not be substantively posted against this
Position.
Civil Servants/
government Servants may, However, Subject to eligibility, apply for this
position, through proper channel.
Subject to
provisions of (1) above, in case a Civil Servant/Government Servant is selected
through competitive process against this position, he/she shall either resign
from government Service or seek early retirement, serving his/her
connection/lien with their parent cadre/ministry/ Division/ Organization, etc,
before joining this Position.
The person being
employed under this position shall submit to the government an affidavit
declaring his noninvolvement in any other relevant business/job which may
tantamount to conflict of interest.
Miscellaneous
Eligible
candidates should submit their applications on the prescribed form along-with
attested completes of documents.
Submission of
original documents shall be mandatory at the time of the interview.
No TA/DA will be
admissible for appearing in test/Interview.

reach the undersigned within 15-days of publication of the advertisement
through courier/ UMS/ Registered Post

not be entertained.
