Master’s Degree in Business Discipline or in supply chain management

Minimum 12-15 years of Experience in sates of international freight forwarding services.

 

GENERAL MANAGER (RAWALPINDI)

LLM or equivalent degree in relevant discipline

Minimum 15 years of corporate affairs & contracts management experience with minimum 08 years in senior management role. Industry wide diverse experience will be preferred.

 

SENIOR MANAGER F&A (KARACHI)

Qualification charted Account (CA) with article-Ship completed from Big 4 firms.

Minimum 08 years of experience. Preferred exposure of working in Oracle ERP environment

 

MANAGER AIR FREIGHT (ISLAMABAD)

Master’s /Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, Business, Economics or relevant domain/ discipline.

Minimum 5-8 years of air freight forwarding experience including air charters proven ability to establish or enhance air import/export operational functions

 

MANAGER HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (KARACHI)

MSC/BE (environmental Science) or relevant discipline. IOSH/NEBOSH Certificate is must

Master’s Degree Preferably (MBA (Marketing/Supply Chain)

Job Expectations:

Build all channels to generate sales pipelines and long-term customer relationships to foster revenue generation and growth opportunities.

Job Expectations:

• Provide legal advice to senior management to ensure that decisions taken are legally correct and that NLC’s interests are safeguarded.

• Represent the organization at court hearings and various service tribunals to ensure that NLC’s interests are effectively safeguarded enabling to carry out its legal obligations in a befitting manner.

• Negotiate draft and implement, complex legal agreements, contracts and other legal documents relating to NLC and ensure compliance with legal legislations.

• Maintain an awareness of developments in the legal field which might affect the organization and prepare reports on relevant matters for consideration by senior management.

• Effective management of legal counsels / services with dedicated firms.

• Develop and monitor an annual budget for the department to ensure that all financial targets are met and appropriate financial controls are in place.

• Direct and manage the staff of legal department to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained so that they carry out their responsibilities as per desired standards.

• Ensure confidentiality of NLC’s business secrets.

• Vetting of draft contract agreements with legal companies and main data of lawyers in project location to hire them in case of need.

• Close liaison with all SBUs / stakeholders to assist them in their legal functioning.

• Provide Legal advice to all Directors / Commanders of SBU’s and look after their legal affairs.

Job Expectations:

Ensure that comprehensive financial systems are established and sufficient internal controls environment is maintained w.r.t organization’s resources and ensure operations in compliance with the NLC’s SOPs and applicable rules and regulations.

• Supervision of Financial and Accounting function of HQ Logistics Services and under command units.

• Liaison with contractors, supplier, auditors, bankers & all departments within the organization & under command units.

• Conduct regular liaison meetings and review to ensure that all departments are aware of the financial framework and information requirements.

• Preparation of budgets / forecasts with key assumptions, contributing to the strategic plans.

• Approve and submit financial reports in compliance with NLC requirements.
