LLM or equivalent degree in relevant discipline
Minimum 15 years of corporate affairs & contracts management

SENIOR MANAGER F&A (KARACHI)
Qualification charted Account (CA) with article-Ship completed from
Big 4 firms.
Minimum 08 years of experience. Preferred exposure of working in
Oracle ERP environment
MANAGER AIR FREIGHT (ISLAMABAD)
Master’s /Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, Business, Economics or
relevant domain/ discipline.
Minimum 5-8 years of air freight forwarding experience including
air charters proven ability to establish or enhance air import/export
operational functions
MANAGER HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (KARACHI)
MSC/BE (environmental Science) or relevant discipline. IOSH/NEBOSH
Certificate is must

ASSISTANT MANAGER LIQUID MARKETING (KARACHI)
Master’s Degree Preferably (MBA (Marketing/Supply Chain)

CA/ACCA/ACMA/ Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance (MBA Finance)/

• Provide legal advice to

NLC’s interests are safeguarded.
• Represent the
organization at court hearings and various service tribunals to ensure that
NLC’s interests are effectively safeguarded enabling to carry out its legal
obligations in a befitting manner.
• Negotiate draft and
implement, complex legal agreements, contracts and other legal documents
relating to NLC and ensure compliance with legal legislations.
• Maintain an awareness
of developments in the legal field which might affect the organization and
prepare reports on relevant matters for consideration by senior management.
• Effective management of
legal counsels / services with dedicated firms.
• Develop and monitor an
annual budget for the department to ensure that all financial targets are met
and appropriate financial controls are in place.
• Direct and manage the

• Ensure
that comprehensive financial systems are established and sufficient internal
controls environment is maintained w.r.t organization’s resources and ensure
