CHALLENGING HR POSITIONS IN A LEADING BANK
Our client is one of the largest commercial banks in Pakistan with global market presence and branches in all parts of the country. The Bank invites applications from professional with proven track record and capacity for the following two positions in the HRM group:-
Ø Head of Organizational Effectiveness
Ø Head of HR Governance
Head of Organizational Effectiveness:-
The Head of Organization Effectiveness will lead the development and implementation of Corporate Organizational Development Strategies and play a pivotal role in its implementation through efficient use of internal and external resource to ensure the continued growth and development of the Bank. The role also requires keeping abreast of new developments in banking products/ Solutions, technological advancements and changing customer expectations, and taking measures to evaluate actual results and performance against agreed plans, time frames/ budgets and reporting to senior management.
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable HEC recognized University | institution. Master’s Degree in Human resource would be preferred. He/She must possess at least 10 years of experience in an Organization Development | Organizational Effectiveness role working for a reputable organization with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Head of HR Governance:-
The Head of HR Governance would contribute to the Bank’s overall performance by effectively managing related investments to optimize performance, fulfill fiduciary and financial responsibilities’ mitigate enterprise HR risk and enable HR executive decision making/He/she will require excellent knowledge of Banking Laws, Court Matters, Statutory requirements, Risk Frameworks and operational issues while possession of strong influencing, Problems solving, Negotiation and Conflict Management Skills would be essential.
The Ideal Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institution. Master’s Degree in Human Resource would be preferred. He/She must possess at least 10 years of experience Hr Governance or Armed Forces background or related roles working for a reputable organization with at least 5 years in a leadership Position.
