CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER Our client is one of the largest commercial banks in Pakistan with global market presence and branches in all parts of the country. The Bank invites applications from professional with proven track record and capacity for the Position of Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). The CCO will be primarily responsible for maintaining an adequate oversight of the Compliance Framework whilst ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements as well as bank’s internal policies and procedures. The CCO will also be responsible for developing & managing effective compliance programs, responding to regulatory finding and | or violations including their adequate resolution, and conducting internal investigations. The incumbent will provide leadership & guidance to all direct reports and assistant top management on matters of regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate would be a qualified accountant or have 16 years of education, preferably Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce or equivalent from HEC recognized University | Institute. Having additional relevant professional qualification or certification in the field of Compliance from renowned institution shall be an added advantage. He/she must have overall 20 years of experience in the financial sector including big four accounting firms, out of which 10 years must be in a senior Management role in Compliance, Risk or Audit Functions of renowned multinational or local Banks(s) Ø  Detailed Jobs Description of the position is available on our website www.sidathyder.com.pk/careers.
