Pak
Datacom Limited (A subsidiary of Telecom Foundation) is a public
listed company and one of the largest and most reliable data network operators
in Pakistan. PDL requires services of a dynamic and visionary
professional with sound lead ship experience for the post of CEO (Based
in Islamabad) on a contract basis initially for three years with the
following qualification and experience. The successful candidate will be
offered a completive market-based salary package.

Qualification
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree or higher qualification in
engineering (Electrical, electronics, telecom, computer, ICT related
Disciplines)/ Computer Sciences/ICT/MBA from an HEC Recognized University
with Minimum sixteen years of Formal Education or be a member of a recognized
body of a professional accountant.
Experience:-
Candidates having bachelor degrees should have at least 20 years
of professional experience preferably in ICT Sector
OR
Candidate holding master’s Degree or higher qualification should
have at least 18 years of professional experience preferably in the ICT sector
Candidate should following competencies:-
1.
Five years
experience at a relevant senior management/decision-making position
2.
Demonstrated
experience of leading and managing teams with deliverable outcomes.
3.
Proven
experience of liaison with international and regional organizations in the field
of telecommunications.
4.
Effective
communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
