Power Holding limited, a public sector company under the ministry of energy (power Division), requires services of a legal firm, based in Islamabad, fulfilling requirements of the companies (Appointment of legal advisers) Act, 1974 and having experience in financial, banking and corporate matters, for appointment as legal adviser on monthly retainer ship basis for the purpose of providing legal advice, vetting and preparation of the types of deeds, agreements and legal instruments and litigation.
