Abilities:- 

• Provide strong leadership to the institute | College 
• Lead as a Scholar and an academician having close familiarity with academic functions both classroom-teaching and search. 
• Must be familiar with new technology trends in teaching through technology e-learning and distance learning 
• Experience of full executive, academic , administrative and financial operations at institute level
• Ability to launch new international initiatives and affiliate the school with international standard boards
• Ability to attract, motivate and retain high quality faculty and administrators. 
• Ability to manage active and effective communication with students, parents, general public and media, etc

Qualification and Experience:-

• Should have minimum 2nd division master degree/phd | preferred | with  M.Ed or Equivalent training | Diploma from any reputed HEC recognized University | institute or an organization. 
• should have minimum 10 years experience in academic or administration with proven record of leadership 
• Candidates must possess proficiency in English and Computer Skills.
